Born and raised in Laredo Texas. Growing up, he was exposed to multiple career opportunities, but found his passion in cooking and making people smile with the dishes he made. He pursued his dream to San Antonio, Texas where he became an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America. With the experience and knowledge, he gained, he took another step towards his dream and with his partners opened “A Way To The Heart” where he became Chef de Cuisine on May of 2021. With the restaurant gaining more popularity, it has only motivated David to further himself to become an even better chef and bring joy of cooking to more people.

Starting July 11th the 9 Course Dinner will increase from $110 to $125. The price change is due to increased prices throughout the market for ingredients and cost of living for employees to have sustainable living.
